In the latest chapter of alleged standardization skullduggery, Broadcom Corp. has sued Qualcomm Inc. for deceiving standard-setting organizations into incorporating Qualcomm's patented technology into the Universal Mobile Telephone System standard by making intentionally false representations that it would license its patents on "fair, reasonable, and nondiscriminatory terms."
