Senior citizens are challenged in ways that are fundamentally different from other age groups. Services must be delivered to them in ways that are suitable to their inherent age-related limitations. A novel approach for the automatic delivery of customized e-government Web services to senior citizens includes algorithms to automatically generate composite Web services that meet user needs and government laws and regulations. Ontologies aid the customized delivery of these services.
