The goal of our research is to achieve intelligent multimedia communication system which can adapt real environment. To achieve our goal, we start the question"What does the communication of multimedia information means?", and then we derive some elemental technologies that need for communication of multimedia information. In addition, we develop the basic communication system, and implement elemental technologies. In this paper, we propose the basic communication system: the base system. We discuss the concept and system structure. Then three elemental technologies are pointed and discussed the goal of our system to achieve intelligent system. Now, we are developing the base system. As future work, elemental technologies will be implemented to developed base system.
