In this paper, a scheduling algorithm that is based on WFQ[1] and dynamically adjusts weights according to the error rate of each flow is presented. The base station allocates the bandwidth by calculating the weight of the mobile hosts and error rate of each as a fraction of that of the entire body. During the process of adjustment, the weight of a certain channel is prevented from increasing or decreasing excessively, which would lead to unfairness. Using this adjustment, the overall throughput is increased and the fairness to all users is maintained.
