E-commerce risk assessment is a research subject which comes from the integration of e-commerce and the enterprise competition study. This paper proposed a new E-commerce risk assessment method based on the weight unknown TOPSIS method. By selecting the object of risk assessment, establishing the risk assessment indicator system and quantifying each indicator’s weight, this method can assess the extent of the pros and cons of each project accurately. Also, it does not have the subjectivity and can provide strong support to risk decision-making.
