With the rapid development of Internet, e-business has been attracted attentions of corporations and scholars, a corporation must be required to speed the rollout of new products within the shortest time to capture the market shares and meet the demand for consumers in the supply chain under e-business, so it is very important for corporations to select appropriate vendor. In this paper, to begin with, in order to solve the multi-objective optimization problems of vender selection, we analyze the influence of e-business technologies. Then, a new evaluation method on vendor selection is given to select appropriate vendor to create value chain. The final section of this paper, we demonstrate a case study to explain the operating procedures for the evaluation model. The study result shows that the model is effective for vendor selection and is available for creating a collaborative commerce model.
