To realize integrated automation of cement enterprise, the industry characteristics of cement enterprise is demonstrated and analyzed in an allround way, and the research and practice of CIPS of other industries are referred, then the architecture of CIPS of cement enterprise is set up. Then on the basis of opening principle, the structure and the functions of each sub-part are demonstrated, and the information integration in low cost is realized. The successful application in enterprises has proved the validity and practicability of above-mentioned frames and detailed measures.
