Negotiation in supply chain management (SCM) under networked manufacturing environment is a complex task. In this paper, a multi-agent negotiation system model is suggested for supply chains, which can adapt to the frequent changes in suppliers, customers, and products. The browser/server (B/S) structure is employed for communication, in which the running regulation of Agent is analyzed and the communication mechanism amount multi-Agent is founded. Mutual contact by means of KQML and circulate mechanism of multi-Agent based on CORBA-Web analyzed. The negotiation protocol and negotiation process are also given. The purpose of the negotiation for agents is to reach mutually beneficial agreements. By negotiation, the members in SCM can integrate and coordinate over the networked manufacturing environment.
