Wang et al [2] did not point out the regime of the chaotic control parameter. By analyzing the Lyapunov exponent of Wang-Smiths?s Chaotic Simulated Annealing (CSA) in detail, a lower bound for chaotic control parameter of Wang-Smiths?s model is given. Computer simulation results agree with the theoretical prediction.
