In recent years, soft computing techniques such as neural networks, GAs, etc. have been successfully applied for constructing various intelligent decision support systems. In this paper, we shall try to utilize neural networks & GAs to construct an intelligent decision support system for dealing Tokyo Stock Exchange Prices Indexes (TOPIX).
