Building rural logistic circulation system is an important way for building social new country, In the multi-agent supply chain system of rural logistic enterprise, purchasing agent should negotiate with the supply agent for price, quality, delivery time and supplying quota etc. How to optimize the multi-object is an important problem. This paper presents a multiobject negotiation model based on multi-agent. And the negotiation strategies are also discussed. That will advance the quick response ability of rural logistic enterprise supply chain, and will change the competing type from win-lose to win-win. And so rural logistic enterprise and its suppliers may achieve joint gains.
