This paper reports a generalized methodology for Operational Transconductance Amplifier (OTA) based linear and nonlinear analog circuits. The structure of a Field Programmable Analog Array built with OTA as the building block has also been proposed. The FPAA has been designed with a crossbar structure to enable realization of any arbitrary network of OTAs. An elegant mapping scheme is reported to map the OTA network of an analog circuit onto the FPAA structure. Performance of the circuit realized on the FPAA has been demonstrated through SPICE simulation.
