Third-order low-pass filter design based on a frequency dependent divider with synthetic immittance is described. Designed filters operate in voltage or current mode and employ current conveyors (UCC and CCII+/-), which are elements suitable for highfrequency signal processing. The voltage mode filter can be used, for example, in WLAN transceivers. The filter based on current divider is suitable for data transfer systems operating in current mode. The operation of the filters was modeled by computer simulation and proved by measurement.
