Use a feed forward BP neural network to forecast the output of nonlinear process, use another feed-forward BP neural network to adjust PID control parameters Kp, Ki, Kd automatically, proposed an adaptive PID controller structure which based on neural network prediction model, discussed the network structure and parameter selection problem, the design method of neural network predictive controller has been given, made a contrast simulation study about neural network PID control and adaptive PID control which based on neural network prediction model, achieved satisfactory results, finally the application example of the algorithm given in this paper in the paper hot dispersion process control was given and illustrate the effectiveness of the algorithm.
