This paper proposes (the preliminary version of) the organizational information maintenance component that maintains organizational information in a multiagent system. Organization-related information is used to enable appropriate/satisfiable collaborations. It is strongly required that agents in the applications that must reflect actual social/human relations, like Internet applications, have accurate and updated organizational information. There are also other systems that should take into account agent's characteristics, such as honesty, reliability, strictness (for rating their task quality) and trustworthiness, for task allocations/commitments. Furthermore, this information is often variable according to the change of human relations or knowledge in other agents. The proposed component, which works like a secretary, operates independent from the local agent and, by exchanging modified organizational information, has updated organizational information. Then the agent can ask organization-related queries to this component and can reflect the current organizational information to its inference.
