In this paper, we illustrate a methodology for the early agent systems architecture analysis and evaluation with the focus on risk identification, evaluation, and mitigation. Architectural decisions on software qualities such as performance, modifiability, and security can be assessed. The illustration is drawn from the supply chain management application domain.
