Recently, organizations are trying to acquire CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration) certification for verifying objectively software development capability of organization. Organization use tools which support CMMI for acquisition of CMMI certification. Produced assets in the process must be stored and managed based on repository. They need integrated repository that can store and manage assets for adapting the heterogeneous data.

In this paper, we propose SIR-CM(Software ProcessImprovementCenter Integration Repository-- Configuration Management) based on SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) for effective management and support of heterogeneous assets. This system can store and manage heterogeneous assets which produced from each tool that support Software Process Improvement Center(SPIC).
