Biomedical image analysis is the Cross- Disciplinary science of information and biology, which is significant in theory and clinic diagnosis [1]. Taking the microcirculation image as object, this paper studies some key problems in the biomedical image processing, such as image rectification, image calibration and parameters measurement. And these key techniques have been applied to "Microcirculation Expert System" (MES) to improve the level of clinic diagnosis.
