This paper applies optimization mathematical techniques of dynamic programming .. DP .. algorithm to solve the daily optimal air conditioner loads .. ACL .. control schedule. The regular control mode, which supports three control skills of demand control, cycling control and timer control to assist customer to save the electrical fee. The optimum load control (OLC) scheme which supports any combinations of these three control skills to optimally save the customer?s electric fee in the dispatch period. Besides, in order to carry out the proposed strategies, the techniques of microprocessor hardware is applied in this paper. Visual C++ language is adopted as the developing tool to carry out the proposed work. The field test of controlling the air conditioner located in the campus is tested on-site to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed load controller
