An intracellular calcium ion concentration ([Ca^{2+} ]_i ) is closely related to plasticity of biological cells. In this paper, in order to find a relation between a distribution of [Ca^{2+} ]_i and an activity of network models, th distribution of [Ca^{2+} ]_i is investigated. We propose a presumption for making the modification rule of interconnection plasticity among cells.
