Quality of Service (QoS) and multicast are essential capabilities in IP/DWDM optical Internet. In this paper, a fair QoS multicast routing scheme for IP/DWDM optical Internet is proposed, in which the QoS requirement is denoted by the range to support the flexible and heterogeneous QoS. Following the microeconomics, a Kelly/Progressive Second Price (PSP)-model-based pricing strategy is presented to support the inter-group fairness. The Equal Link Split Downstream (ELSD) method is adopted to share the cost among group members, thus the intra-group fairness is provided. Finally, based on the Firing Coupled Neural Network (FCNN), a multi-constrained QoS multicast routing algorithm is designed. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme is both effective and efficient.
