Consider substantial scope of courses with theirs complex relationships, it is not a trivial task for each elearner to find coherent and sound courses to enroll in elearning environment where face to face consultation is not the norm. In this paper, we extend the scope of Flex-eL services by providing functionality which delivers smart and automate personalized courses recommendation that are coherent and sound for each elearner. The outcome is a set of ranked recommendation goals for each individual based on his/her completed courses.
