Sixth IEEE International Conference on Advanced Learning Technologies (ICALT'06) The Ubiquitous Museum Learning Environment: Concept, Design, Implementation, and a Case Study Kerkrade, The Netherlands July 05-July 07 ISBN: 0-7695-2632-2
Many problems have been found in museum learning activities that apply tour guide systems. In this research, a ubiquitous museum learning environment is developed to overcome these problems by applying the radio frequency identification, wireless network, and embedded system technologies. A case study is conducted and experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed learning environment.
