The present study designed cooperative learning objects, with which users can exchange information with others in the cooperative learning space on the Web, and developed a Web platform that supports the object. The cooperative learning object was designed by extending API and Data Model provided by RTE of SCORM, and the Web platform was developed in three layers - service base layer, service management layer and service support layer. In addition, this study suggested a plan to utilize them.
