This paper aims at defining an agent-based mechanism for autonomous multiple criteria reverse English auctions which are conducted by software agents that negotiate on behalf of buyers and sellers. We propose models for buyer and seller agents where agents' preference relations can be based on various aggregation models. We introduce pricing functions to let seller agents interpret the buyer agent request and associate a price to their bids in order to make them acceptable to the buyer as well as to their own commercial constraints.
