In this paper, we address the problem related to the diverging viewpoints between the human and the agent acting on his behalf in a mixed-initiative context. Our proposal is to consider the common task delegation between the pair human-agent according to the similarity of their opinions. The theoretical model is based on the terminological logic which seems to suit better the cohabitation context by relocating the problems of comparing and measuring the proximity of viewpoints into a terminological heuristic classification problem. This approach, not only minimizes the mutual reasoning and the communication between agent and human, but also reduces the inappropriate delegation of tasks.
