We present a methodology to engi- neer services in real-time information environments. We evaluate, combine and enrich traditional techniques and meth- odologies such as New Product Devel- opment and Adaptive Software Devel- opment in order to support the develop- ment and continuous improvement of information services. Our methodology is based upon the financial service envi- ronment. It is specific enough to be ap- plicable in the field of finance and gen- eral enough to be applied broadly in information services development.
