40th Annual Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences (HICSS'07)
Big Island, Hawaii
January 03-January 06
ISBN: 0-7695-2755-8
Jonathan Grudin, Microsoft Research
As the quantity of digital information rises, so have the number and variety of tools to route, access, differentiate, label, assess, structure, synthesize, manage, and route it. Digital tools are not as expensive as they once were, and much of the experimentation with these tools is done by young people focused on exploring and understanding the world. They will bring their skills and knowledge of when, where, and how to use these tools. With digital infrastructures in place, this can happen more quickly than in the past.
