This paper defines 10 important problems in the theory and practice of distributed shared memory and presents 10 original solutions to be analyzed, together with a discussion of their implications. All issues presented here can be further elaborated if multithreading is involved. An earlier version of this paper is available as an 1995 technical report of the University of Belgrade.
