Agent grid is a heterogeneous, dynamic, open and varying software system, which is expected to provide intelligent collaboration and services sharing for users. Policy plays an important role in agent grid collaboration. This paper studies the complex collaboration model in agent grid environment and use policy to guide the complex system behaviors. Using formal policy representation language we define the agent actions, goals and utilities from low level to high level. And based on policy-driven we build an agent grid collaborative platform AGrIP
