This paper realized the establishment of grey model for the uncertain part in terms of the analysis of current loop model in permanent-magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) close-loop control system in order to acquire improvement of current tracking character. Based on this model and the combination of torque constant value Kt in online identified strategy, this algorithm could enhance the calculation veracity of Kt through improving voltage accuracy, which made toque control precision improved to some extent. Through the MATLAB software to carry through algorithm simulation, compared with traditional PID control method, the result indicated that adopting grey prediction model to put up compensation control was able to improve current tracking capability and to achieve higher accuracy for torque control.
