The Semantic Web is turning into a new generation web, where web resources will be semantically annotated based on Resource Description Framework (RDF) and ontology to share and reuse knowledge. In order to integrate fuzzy logic in the Semantic Web and to represent fuzzy knowledge, this paper utilizes fuzzy ontology and RDF to represent formally the fuzzy linguistic variables, the basic of fuzzy knowledge and fuzzy system, considering mapping relation between fuzzy concept and membership function. Then fuzzy rule base is described as a RDF resource in RDF graph and statements. Taking the fuzzy control system of industrial washing machine for example, the result shows that this research facilitates to incorporate fuzzy systems into the Semantic Web.
