We have developed PGR(Processors Generator for Reconfigurable system) package which generate (a) a suitable configuration file for the FPGAs , (b) the C source code for interfacing with an FPGA-based accelerator, and (c) a software emulator from a high-level domain specific language. Using PGR package, we can easily produce high performance implementations for the particle-based simulation.
