Reverse logistics is the means driving economic growth, and third-party reverse logistics (3PRL) is the important carrier to realize reverse logistics. So, the analysis on 3PRL and its provider selection is important. All of these third-party companies would benefit from a framework for decision making to determine if entry into this market is feasible for them. This paper firstly present the conception of reverse logistics. After that, the paper creates the business processes on third-party reverse logistics, and analyzed the advantages of third-party reverse logistics. On the basis of this, an recycling programs of third-party reverse logistics is built, and an example demonstrates the model's efficiency.
