In elementary arithmetic, after acquiring the concept and basic procedures of multiplication, fluency in multiplication facts in the Times Table then becomes the basis for computing more complex multiplications, for example, multiplying two 2-digit numbers. A dyad game in one-to-one technology enhanced classroom environment, called Honeycomb, is designed for developing the fluency of multiplication facts through utterance memorization and retrieval. Honeycomb is a drill-and-practice game for enhancing students? multiplication facts retrieval.
