tive performance which enables the dancer to interact with sounds and images. This novel physical interface which we named ‘the Shadow Dancer' consists of two systems. The first system is wearable physical interface that uses procedural input to enable dancer to create rhythmic pattern. The second system is sound and image output using speaker and display to interact against dancers. The combined system provides communication of interactive dancer. We have used rhythm of step dance as outline application for the field of interactive dance.
