We have been building the Seoul Grid Testbed which covers whole area of Seoul, the capital city of Korea and gives computational grid services and access grid services. We have developed the Seoul grid portal which enables our users utilize our Seoul Grid Testbed efficiently and conveniently. The web services through the Seoul grid portal include real time performance monitoring, resource management for the computational grid, remote monitoring and remote control of access grid facilities and the features for Integrated Development Environment (IDE). In this paper, we explain the design and implementation of the web services for the Seoul Grid Testbed.
