For reliable operation of the Internet, it is crucial that each autonomous system (AS) can verify the routing information that it advertises is correctly propagated as it intends. This paper describes about cooperative diagnosis behavior in our multiagent based inter-AS diagnostic system ENCORE, where a collection of intelligent agents are located in multiple ASs and perform collective analysis.
