Semantics Based Computational Resource Broker for Grid

Grid technology enables large scale aggregation of computational and other resources for sharing across organizational boundaries. Resource broker, the gateway to a managed set of computing elements, handles the job submission on behalf of the user. In this paper we present the design and development of computational resource broker for grid using semantic resource description and matching technique. We evaluate the computational resource broker with different job profile using Gridsim, Grid simulation toolkit and conclude with the discussion results
