In this research, we propose and develop a remote medical-care support system for supporting nurses, care managers and care helpers during their work. The proposed system has two functions: a multi-point communication function using video images and voice, and vital signs data auto-uploading and referring function. In this paper, we present the proposed remote medical-care support system and report the field experiment results using the proposed support system in a medical-care support center. The experiment results show that proposed system has a good performance.
