Web-bused university distance learning coursesfor engineering requires experiment lessons related lectures. Many researchers have proposed various methods of supporting distant learners and assessing their achievement. However; they are mainlyfocused on remote lectures rather than remote experiments. We have experienced that assessing learners achievement in experiment lessons requires evaluation of bath reporting and understanding. In addition, personalized guidance according to their achievement characteristics is effective in both teaching and stimulating learners. In this paper we propose a method that offers personalized learning support and assessment of learners in remote experiment environment.
