During the last years more and more information has been published on the Web. Digital libraries provide high quality and well-organised information. But this data is often not connected with other pools on information such as personal homepages of authors. Within the Semantic Web, connecting the semantic meaning of the pieces of information is the challenge. In this paper we present JeromeDL, an open source digital library system which takes users' profiles into account as one of the semantically-enriched information sources to expand the queries.
