Electronic commerce users increasingly demand new kind of services, which can be adapted to their needs. Focusing on this, we present dynamic e-services (electronic commerce of services). These services have some special characteristics that determine their dynamism. For example, they may involve several users, the number depending on the specific service. These users could interchange information that is grouped into steps. The relationship among that group of steps could be modelled with the help of a workflow.
To develop e-services with these characteristics, we have defined a methodology that we present here. To illustrate its use, we also present an example of development of e-service: collaborative edition with moderator.
