CLNSS03This paper reports on a survey of Singapore companies' intention to adopt negotiation support systems (NSS). Data collected were tested based on two theoretical models, the theory of planned behavior (TPB) and the technology acceptance model (TAM). Preliminary findings showed that TPB provides a better prediction of intention to adopt NSS than TAM does, with subjective norm and perceived behavioral control being the significant determinants of intention. Implications of the results were discussed.
