This paper presents one architecture of the distributed system management. In the distributed environment, management functions are one of the most important functions. Without an appropriate management mechanism, we can't use various distributed resources efficiently. Through this proposed architecture, issues of the distributed system management are supported. Especially, this architecture is useful in the distributed environment using DCE. Managers can use DCE control program easily by using this software. These services are provided with a graphic user interface. Moreover, based on this architecture, we described a basic network management functions. The network and systems management functions are integrated with one architecture model. We believe that this architecture can offer considerable potential for the development of many management services.
