September 01-September 05
ISBN: 0-7695-1993-8
The mobile Internet is one of the most fast growing application domains in the computer communications. The new technology components in the mobile Internet have been highlighted, however, the every day mobile content operation design lacked the attention in the past literature. The mobile content operation encounters a wide range of network integration challenges. It is difficult to identify the all operation requirements in advance in the rapidly emerging mobile Internet services. The author presents the challenges and issues from a 3-year experience of non-stop mobile content operation. From the lessons learned, the design issues for mobile content operation design criteria are presented.
