The effect of the parasitic values on the ground bounce voltage and on the delay is investigated. Also the effect of ground bounce on the delay in depth paths is analyzed. A ground bounce attenuation proposal is investigated. This can be done using a circuitry to generate ground bounce before the activation of the main circuit. The impact on the circuit delay is observed.
