Presently, laundry companies in Japan are trying to avoid excessive competition in order to improve the service quality. The purpose of this paper is to give some business models to improve the marketable quality of an enterprise by introducing Business to Consumer in Electronic Commerce. The methods used for this purpose are based on investigation of companies actual conditions through the Internet and application of quality evaluation indicator for service enterprises proposed by Koga et al. By using computer networks the marketable quality of the enterprise can be improved.
