Unstable communication latency and unpredictable CPU utilization can be experienced by the users to access the services provided by a network computing platform. Communication latency can not be effectively hidden without considering the data delivery sequence for a task. In this paper, strategies for achieving high performance incremental computing on a network environment are studied. It has been proved, in this paper, that the performance of an incremental computing is strongly related to the strategies of organizing the data delivery sequence. Simulation of matrix multiplication is also conducted to illustrate the effects of various strategies and the results are given and compared.
