In this paper, the problem of blind carrier phase estimation for large QAM constellation has been summarized and the combined algorithm PL_DD has been introduced. The performance comparisons with other algorithms and the influences on PL_DD?s performance by the different setting of parameter α have been shown by computer simulation.
